St. Ives Uniting Church was founded in the 1960's with children and families at our heart. We continue to value the involvement of children and families in every aspect of the life and mission of the church family.

During the Sunday morning service our youth sit in with the congregation. They often participate through readings, welcoming, or the set up of technology. These young people are a precious and valued part of our community and also join with the Sunday Morning Group SMG. We offer a variety of activities to the youth according to interest and availability.

Sunday Morning Group - SMG - is held every Sunday from 9.30 am - 10.30 am

All welcome.

An opportunity for your children to learn about Jesus and the Bible through a program which includes:

Preschool and school aged children are welcome to remain with their parents or guardians if they wish, or they may join in with others downstairs for Sunday Morning Group (SMG).

Parents are welcome to join the children in their activities either at the back of the church or downstairs.

Our desire is to offer a story-filled and creative space for children exploring faith in Christ. We provide opportunities to learn about God, and how to live well with others (gently and lovingly), through play, talk, and colourful crafts.
